All necessary measures are planned, organised and performed by experienced relocation planners and conversion logisticians under constant coordination with the client and the authorities.
Maintenance of the business operations has highest priority in order to minimise the down-times and their consequences.
Of course also the processing of the old location up to the comissioning will be cared for by us: deconstruction, cleaning or disposal measures. An overall scheduling with constantly updated cost calculations is completing our scope of services.

Management of VOF-selection procedures  (VOF = Verdingungsordnung für freiberufliche Leistungen = official contracting terms for award of freelance service performance contracts)

The VOF-selection procedure is used for the assignment of public planning orders above valid threshold values, which is recommended as well for private clients, who aim at optimum results ensuring legal compliance regarding the selection of e.g. engineers and architects.
With founded knowledge in the public procurement law and compliance with the forms and periods of the VOF procedure, assmann beraten + planen secures the compliance with the principles of the awarding of contracts and the GRW 1995 (principles and guidelines for competitions).
