In principle a maximisation of the comfort characteristics for the users is carried out  in the context of our consultation - in consideration of minimum investment and operating costs.

Building climate/thermo simulation
The increasing transparency of the external facades leads, predominantly during the summer months, to an intensified solar irradiation and thus to higher climatic loads inside the rooms. At the same time internal thermal loads of lighting, users and machines have influence on the conditions of temperature. Already during planning phase a target-oriented simulation of the total building is helpful, in order to be able to vary influencing factors, which positively affect the room climate.
  The computation takes place by means of a certified simulator software, which features a high simulation accuracy and forecast certainty. Only with this "tool" a comfortable room climate under consideration of complex boundary conditions and adherence to the existing thermic protection regulations can be realised.
