The existing building of the former polygraphical combine „Dimiter Blager“ in Sofia, Bulgaria, was purchased in 1999 by the WAZ-group (Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung).
Since then the building has been modernised extensivley according to today’s Western European standards regarding design and technical equipment. Besides a print shop, a lot of editorial and administration offices, a preprint-department and an automobile workshop have to be redeveloped.
Additionally the fassade in the style of socialistic neoclassicism and the outdoor facilities are included in the renovation.
