Waterworks „Saloppe“

The "Saloppe", established 1871-75 in the style of the Neorenaissance, was the first large water works of Dresden. It is one of the last culture monuments around the Elbe and the "blue miracle" and thus belongs to  the UNESCO world cultural heritage. Also after the convsersion it will be used for the supply of process water for an industrial site.

The usage takes place as a combination of three exclusive maisonette dwellings with approx.. 400 m� surface and the representative office of a high-quality watch manufactury  with direct access to underground parking.
